If your issue is sensitive or contains account-specific data, please include your account email (the one you signed up with) so we can locate your account quickly. We never ask for your password.
Account requests
- Delete account — open the app → Settings → Delete Account. Or email us if you cannot access the app.
- Export your data — open the app → Settings → Export data. The file downloads as a ZIP with CSV + JSON.
- Forgot password — open the app → Login screen → “Forgot password?”. We email a reset link valid for 1 hour.
